Having begun as a distance runner at the age of 13, I benefited from chiropractic care from an early age. When it came time to choose a career, I wanted to help athletes to maintain their physical health and perform at the highest level possible. Chiropractic was a natural outcome of this desire. I soon realized that this applies to everybody. Whether you are an elite athlete or you want to be able to sit at work without pain, we all want to function at our highest level.

I began practicing in 1992. In the years that I have been practicing I have combined my training and experience in SOT, diversified and deep tissue release to create a unique approach to each patient’s well-being. This, combined with home exercises can provide lasting relief beyond the initial series of adjustments.

Although I am no longer a runner, I am still competing in sports in the Aqua-bike division of triathlons (just the swim and the bike, no run). Additionally, I practice yoga and strength training regularly. This has all enriched my approach to my patients’ health.
